Bed & Breakfast Rate

• Rates quoted are per room per night based on twin share
• Minimum 2 night stay applies for bookings during our peak season (April - October)
• BroomeTown caters for guests 16 years and over only
• A light continental breakfast is included
• Free WiFi
• Free off street parking
• Your chosen room will be allocated to you where possible but not guaranteed

 By confirming your booking at BroomeTown you are agreeing to the following:

• A 50% deposit on the total booking for confirmation
• Booking dates may be changed (subject to availability) up to 15 days before arrival without charge
• Changes or cancellations from 14 days you agree to pay the 50% deposit and/or authorise Broometown to deduct this from your credit card
• Cancellations within 7 days of booking you agree to pay 100% of the booking and/or authorise Broometown to deduct this from your credit card
• Rates valid until March 2018 for all advanced bookings
