Appointment Policy

Appointments are essential. It is preferred that you book your treatments at time of booking accommodation to ensure availability of therapists. Please ensure you are ready at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment time. A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment value may apply if you cancel your booking at short notice.

We request that you wear underwear during your treatments.
